Terms & Conditions – NecessaryGood Year's Supply Review Giveaway ("Giveaway")
1. Promoter This Giveaway is run by NECESSARYGOOD LTD, registered in England and Wales with its principal place of business at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE ("Promoter").
2. Eligibility Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. To enter, participants must either: (a) have purchased a product from the Promoter and submitted a genuine, honest review of that product during the Entry Period; or (b) enter via the free entry route (see Section 3 below).
Employees, officers, agents, or immediate family members of the Promoter, or anyone professionally connected to the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, misleading, or breach these Terms.
3. How to Enter
a. Paid Entry Route To enter via purchase, submit a genuine review of a product purchased directly from the Promoter during the Entry Period. Each qualifying review counts as one (1) entry. The review must reflect your honest experience (positive, neutral, or negative) and avoid offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language. No entry fee or additional purchase is required beyond the original transaction.
b. Free Entry Route To enter without making a purchase, send an email to hello@necessarygood.com with the subject line "Year's Supply Giveaway – Free Entry". Include your full name, postal address, and email address. Your entry must be received by 11:59 pm on 3 July 2026. Each eligible free entry counts as one (1) entry, equivalent to the product review route. Both entry methods are treated equally and entered into the same random draw.
4. Entry Period The Giveaway opens at 12:00 am on 4 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 4 July 2026 ("Closing Date"). Entries received before or after this period will not qualify. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Entry Period only in exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure).
5. Prize One (1) winner will receive a one year's supply of NecessaryGood products, comprising six (6) units each of the Overachiever Daily Moisturiser and Second Skin SPF 50 ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except at the Promoter's sole discretion or where a reasonable equivalent of equal or greater value is required by law. If the Promoter cannot provide the stated Prize for reasons beyond its control, a substitute of equal or greater value will be offered.
6. Winner Selection & Notification The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the Closing Date. The draw will be conducted either by a verifiably random computer process, or under the supervision of an independent observer, as required by the CAP Code. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of selection. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The Prize will be awarded within 30 days of winner verification. The Promoter reserves the right not to award the Prize if no valid entries are received.
7. Publicity & Use of Reviews By entering, participants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their name, county, and (if applicable) review text or images in marketing and promotional materials. Entrants' reviews may be featured on the Promoter's website, email communications, or social media channels. The Promoter may publish the surname and county of the winner (unless they object) to confirm that a valid award took place, in accordance with CAP Code 8.28.5.
8. Data Protection & Privacy Personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and awarding the Prize, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or regulatory authorities. Entrants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@necessarygood.com, but doing so before the Closing Date may void entry.
9. Liability The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical, network, or system errors; or failure of email or postal delivery services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability is limited to awarding the stated Prize. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
10. General Conditions The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend, or cancel the Giveaway only where unavoidable and beyond its reasonable control, and never in a way that disadvantages entrants. These Terms & Conditions may only be amended in such circumstances and will be updated promptly on the Promoter's website. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding. Entry into the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
