Barrier support through a three-ceramide complex with cholesterol and phytosphingosine, the full lipid system your skin uses to hold itself together. Second Skin adds the fifth job: broad-spectrum sun protection. SPF 50 across UVA and UVB through five modern filters working together: Tinosorb S, Tinosorb M, Uvinul A Plus, Uvinul T 150, and Octisalate. How to Use
Morning: Step 1: Apply the Overachiever to face and neck after cleansing. A pump or two. Lightweight formula, absorbs in seconds. Step 2: Apply Second Skin SPF 50 on top once the moisturiser has settled. Two finger-lengths for face and neck. Use generously. Reapply every two hours in direct sun, or after swimming or sweating.
Evening: The Overachiever again, on its own. SPF only in the morning.

Overachiever Daily Moisturiser
Liposomal vitamin c (1%)
This is a stable derivative encapsulated in liposomes for better penetration. 1% with liposomal delivery reaches the skin more reliably than a higher percentage of an unencapsulated, less stable form. Brightening you can use every day, consistently, without thinking about it.
Ceramide Complex (NP, AP, EOP) + Cholesterol + Phytosphingosine
Your skin barrier is held together by a lipid system: ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids working together. Most products that say "barrier support" contain one ceramide. Better than nothing. But your skin's barrier isn't built from one ceramide. This is the full lipid ratio that mirrors your skin's own structure. Most brands charge £37-44 for this as a standalone product.
Niacinamide (3%)
Evens tone, improves texture, supports barrier function, helps reduce inflammation. At 3%, effective without the flushing risk that can come at higher concentrations. A lot of brands use 5-10% because bigger numbers look better on packaging. Higher isn't always better when it comes to your face.
Kakadu Plum Extract
One of the richest natural sources of vitamin C known. Supports brightening through a second pathway alongside the liposomal vitamin C. Two sources, two mechanisms, working together. This is why the brightening results compound over four to eight weeks rather than plateauing.
Dual-weight Hyaluronic Acid
