Shipping & Returns Policy
1. The following postage charges apply:

Royal Mail Standard Delivery: £3.99

Royal Mail Express Delivery: £4.99
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard UK Shipping: Usually up to 48 hours

Express UK Shipping: Usually within 24 hours
Please Note: We do not support drop shipping. Orders must be delivered to the person placing the order.
3. Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email from Royal Mail. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, please email hello@necessarygood.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.
4. Missing, Faulty, or Damaged Items
Our warehouse team does their best to check every order for accuracy, but if anything is incorrect, missing, or damaged:

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may ask for the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
5. Returns
We hope you love your NecessaryGood products. But if something’s not right, here’s how to return:
Change of Mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return unopened products in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

You are responsible for return postage costs.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in saleable condition, unless faulty or damaged.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Please ensure your return is securely packed in a sturdy box.
6. Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges as of now. The best way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
7. Refund Process
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
