This is a stable derivative encapsulated in liposomes for better penetration. 1% with liposomal delivery reaches the skin more reliably than a higher percentage of an unencapsulated, less stable form. Brightening you can use every day, consistently, without thinking about it.
Ceramide Complex (NP, AP, EOP) + Cholesterol + Phytosphingosine
Your skin barrier is held together by a lipid system: ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids working together. Most products that say "barrier support" contain one ceramide. Better than nothing.
